Here is a plain and short simple answer!
I had the same problem and I found out a few simple tips that make it so easy to get views such as simply giving someone a comment. I have noticed my views go up greatly since I started to interact with other blogger! Here is a link where i went over some of the things that really seemed to help me! Good luck with your blog!
