Everyone always looks for an easy way out of their lives. If the offer sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. But enough advertising can fool anyone. Although it's not as big as it used to be, Nigerian scams used to con hundreds to thousands of people a year, with people being fooled into sending money to Nigeria and in return, they'd get a larger amount. Not sure what the thinking is behind it, but there's no real way to get rich quick without coming up with a clever idea that sells to everyone.

If you notice the top members of the forbes list, it's all usually associated with some type of computing. Microsoft -- Windows/Applications. Apple - Computer/Music. Google -- A site that houses so much information and it's easy to remember the name and fast. Type what you need and it's instantly there, almost anything you need. YouTube -- Watch videos, upload, find anything you need pretty much. Facebook -- Social Networking, Keep In Touch, Unlimited Storage for Pictures and Videos.

If you notice the names, they are very simple and in everyone's minds. It's probably one of the greatest advertising tools there is. Simple Names that stick. I remember in one of my psychology classes, one person did research on the effects of Advertising on the Mind: McDonalds, Burger King, Google, Verizon, AT&T, Apple, YouTube, Sony, Microsoft. The names are fairly simple but what they stand for is far much greater and all of them provide a service to millions of people.

So if you want to get rich, you have to think of something everyone needs! And clearly, Google is probably the company that is booming in thinking about what people need. If you think about it, Google has access to so much information. Other companies are catching on. Google and Facebook notice the advertising doesn't lie in charging anyone. It lies in advertising. Companies will pay top dollar for websites that get views. If you have a 5 million people viewing your website per day, if you get 100,000 people that "see a deal" or click on an advertisement and it leads them somewhere to buy something, it is likely you have a buy. Big money. Big business. Great idea. It's like having an entire board of advertisements listed where 5 million people walk by everyday and see the signs. Surely, people are going to stop and look at the board to see what deals there are. More importantly, a lot of the things offered -- especially from Google, Facebook, YouTube -- it's free to the member. Who doesn't love free? You build loyalty that way. No one wants to spend money.
