He did get The Daily Kos to lie for him and accuse Andrew Breitbart of hacking in to Weiners account as well as giving out the names of the female victims. Hey what if they weren't all female ?

It is not illegal to have your name in a hookers address book either. What would you have said if Vitter claimed that he had no idea how his name got there would you believe him?

Vitters name was found 6 years after his last contact with the hooker and when he was asked about it he did not deny nor blame someone else, he admitted to the whole damn thing.
Weiner lied and accused others of hacking into his account. Hacking into an account is a FELONY so this bastard should not only be thrown out of office he should be sued for enough money to put him onto welfare.
