When you building backlinks you need to do it slow, steady, and natural search engine like Google loves it. Here two think that I did and help my website a lot.
1. Article submission- submits one article a day to article sites or submit one article per week.
2. Social bookmarking- I use this website for my social bookmarking it 100% free and it really WORKS. http://www.socialmonkee.com/index.php?af=133028

These two things are 100% free and they really works. it will increase traffic and increase rank high on Google Try then out and let me know.
