The first thing you should do is change your password. As long as your account is ok then you should be fine. There is a possibility that the goal of the link was to infect your computer or hack your account or both. So to be completely sure you could download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from their official site: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
This is a very good anti malware that is free and is very well known and works very well (I have it too). If you don't want to download anything then you could also just run a scan with your standard antivirus. The free version of malwarebytes doesn't collide with any other antivirus so you don't have to worry about that.
