You seem to be talking absolute rubbish but something may work is:
1. Open terminal (or on windows click, start -- run -- type cmd --- enter)
2. type------ "ping http://www.youtube.com" with no " then click enter
3. wait
4. type in the numbers that are given back into your address bar, eg. 123.32.11.1
