Can you suggest some possible objectives of business start ups?

Setting objectives may seem like something that would run about the same for all business start-ups, but in an era when everything is done with (what I might call) micro-niche marketing, the differences are major. One thing I think is very important is to be flexible about your business model - if you go into a launch with ideas that are too rigid and unyielding, you're setting yourself up. There's nothing wrong with having a clear, strong vision - in fact, it's essential. But if you set off down one road and opportunities keep opening up on detours off of that road, you'd want to be able to (potentially) take advantage of them. So, just keep that in mind. Be flexible.

When I reached a standstill in the process of launching my own business I hired a coach through Wild Women Entrepreneurs (http://www.thewildwe.com). She helped me regain my footing, but even w/o the coach, you should really check out the other things they offer (and you don't have to be a woman - 1/3 of members are men). It's just a good place to go for support, to bounce ideas, get advice, etc.

Good Luck!

PS. My coach, Ja-Nae Duane (@TheSunQueen on Twitter) has a book coming out soon called "How to Start Your Business With $100" that might be helpful to you as well.
