Bob is an accountant with 25 years of experience. He, and many like him, was laid off during the great Recession, and now that his company is hiring again, they're hiring newly printed 22 year old accountants instead of him. Should the government put 50 year old Bob, a talented and knowledgeable accountant to work? Then Bob would be off of welfare, since unemployment ran out, and would rather be doing something for our great society.
