Well, you'll need more than 11 gowns...lol. I think you know that.

I know models are expensive, but they make the gowns look much nicer than a mannequin. Consider going to a high school or university and put up adds. You may be able to get away with paying very little or nothing for the shoot, if you're willing to let the girls have copies of some of the shots (or say their best one) for portfolios...lots of girls dreaming of being models.

The dresses are a little hard to view, I'm not certain what makes it that way, maybe take a look at david's bridal online and see the difference.

I didn't notice, but you should have a buy back section. Offer to buy gently used wedding dresses from brides to increase your inventory without breaking the bank.
