Can the person you follow see your tweets on twitter?

Yes, if you reply to a persons tweet it will appear in their twitter stream whether you follow them or not. The person you follow will not automatically see your tweets in their twitter account stream, but if you opt to make your tweets public anyone can search for or see your tweets if they visit your profile. Your public tweets are also available on cool search sites like TipTop where you can see tweets to, from and about anyone who tweets publicly http://feeltiptop.com/Khloe+Kardashian+O...ARDASHIAN/
