Big account on Twitter...?
How do I become one of those accounts where a ton of big accounts give me shoutouts such as, "#RETWEET if you're following *my username* so I can follow you back Smile" and help me get followers? Like, those fake One Direction accounts and Demi Lovato accounts, I want to figure out how they'll give me shoutouts.
