You probably have to contribute towards those said "big accounts". Idk, comment on their twitter with cool things that catch their attention.

Personally I dont see why you are wasting time away on twitter trying to get people to follow you. If people really want to follow what you do everyday, they will add you by themselves. Facebook works too Wink
