Obama is a poor administrator, and is not qualified.

It is necessary for a qualified person to take up the post to rectify the damage done by Obama.

The american govt. cannot continue unless all its staff are qualified.

If unqualified people like Obama wish to rule, they MUST say, which qualified person backs him/her.

Regarding doctors, decisions taken by administrators of hospitals qualified with MBBS and higher degrees can make laws, and NOT the insurance agents, oil CEO giants, etc. Obama is a preacher, but does not know what his practice should be. Politics is NOT for preachers, but for govt. Servants who studied and passed the exams.
