With ObamaCare, Will It Help Or Hurt Doctors?

I know doctors that already don't accept medicare patients because it takes too much time to get reimbursed, and most of the time they have to submit the billing more than once due to medicare screwing up somewhere along the way.
What people are going to want to be doctors and spend all the time and money getting through medical school and internships, and then set up a practice and buy all the expensive equipment that is needed today and have enough staff to run the office when the government is only going to pay for a certain amount, and then they will have crowded offices or have to turn people away, Yea, I'm sure the doctors are not all going to like it. Who wants to spend the time and money to go into a career that you can make a lot of money, just to have the government tell you that you can make what they tell you you can make.
