Well it seems like you've already found your "niche" so to speak, all that's left is to properly follow twitter etiquette and advertise your niche. As long as you adhere to the spoken and unspoken rules of twitter you should be able to gain a few followers just by tweeting.

You also need to know how to advertise your profile on places like forums, facebook, blogs, and other websites.
