What workouts should I do?
Im a 16 year old girl,5'6, 64 kgs, ive always been skinny and about a year and a half ago i got sick of people calling me too skinny so i tried gaining weight,nowadays ive put on weight but in the wrong places like my stomach and arms,whenever i work on my upper body it seems to get bulkier and musclier,but with my legs they only get skinnier not bigger its so frustrating! What workouts can i do to slim and tone my upper body but gain muscle mass on my thighs and calves?
I used to run everyday which only made me skinnier and thats not what im looking for i want to gain muscle mass thanks though Ads |
