For the more famous gurus, its their job. After being partnered, you can enable ads for monetizing - meaning, for the views and clicks that their ads get, google/youtube is paying the youtube partners. No one knows how much their salary actually is, though, because I'm pretty sure Youtube doesn't allow them to disclose it. Whats your channel name going to be called? Smile
