Oh darling, dont take the twitter personally unless he tells you so.
There are so many people out there whom feel a thing but go against it, for diverse reasons...
He hasnt texted you yet so dont count on him too much. I know you like him but remember it takes two for a relationship. Maybe talk with him and ask him out, do something that will make him accept or reject you and from there let you know he wants you or not.
