Alright so first things first, you have to stop tweeting/texting/messaging her about the plans. From what you're telling us it seems like she's avoiding the question. I know you don't want to give up or let it go, but you should take a break from talking to her for a while. Let a few days go by, enjoy yourself, don't think about her too much. She may message you, if she does take a while to reply back, not like 5 minutes or anything, more like an hour. Also, if you're tweeting something that has nothing to do with her (for example: "Yay going to the mall") & she replies to that tweet, ignore it. If she doesn't say anything back or talk to you after the few days then send her maybe one message. I hope everything works out.
