What rules hizballa wants to practice if they get power in Lebanon?

The rules hizballa wants to practice have already been practiced their founder [ Iran’s regim] in last two decades against poor Iranian people.
These barbaric rules and medieval punishments are:

stoning of women for adultery and the torture of dissidents
Honour killing
Cutting off victim’s hand for stealing goods
Executing non-islamic believer including Marxist groups, Jews, etc.
