You have to be realistic here; he is a celebrity with a lot to do I am sure. So what you post may not be interesting enough. My guess is maybe you need connections in the music business for you to be more likely for him to follow you on Twitter.

Or maybe you can talk about him on your tweets...something to get his attention...but your goal is for him to follow you, so...
