Are there some types of food that burn belly fat? what are they?

Unfortunately you cannot target fat on specific parts of your body.

Some things people dont know...
Drinking a tall glass of water in the morning hydrates your body (it had no water all night) and starts your metabolism early. This means its starts your body (which starts burning fat)

Also, eating a breakfast in the morning (a healthy one) also kickstarts this healthy metabolism.

Stay away from sugary foods/snacks at work/school.

You have two options... fix your diet, or do some cardio workouts. Sorry for no quick answer
