What does EST and GMT mean... ?

Too bad for the folks giving the information that they only gave the abbreviations. Better to give the city or at least the region.

Here's the really bad thing... Many people think GMT is what the time is in London. But in summer, London and GMT are one hour off. So if they really meant EST/GMT, then it would be 10PM in Estonia. But if they were sloppy and meant 2PM in New York and 7PM in London, then it would be 9PM Estonia.

You can use http://www.timeanddate.com to convert.
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/co...&p11=&p12=

At the specified time, local time in Tallinn was 3 hours ahead of UTC

LocationLocal timeTime zoneUTC offset
UTC ( )Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 7:00:00 PMUTC
Tallinn (Estonia)Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 10:00:00 PMEESTUTC+3 hours

Good luck!
