Twitter background? Please help!?

Use a picture with the right dimensions the has a picture on either side of it. (trial and error until you get it right.) If you use firefox as your browser, you can right click on the background image and select to see the background picture. Then if you right click again, you can save that image. Once you have the image, you can figure out its dimensions and create your own graphic, like that.
