Yes, you can be sued for publishing statements that are not backed up in writing (it's called libel). I wouldn't go that route if I were you.
If you have documentation for any of the statements you made in your question, you can sue your former company in small claims court. They would then have to prove you didn't deserve whatever they didn't pay you. By the way, the site is owned by the company because you created it while you were under their employ. Ads |
