To forget about an ex or someone who rejected you, you must take up a new hobby. I am learning Spanish at the moment and it is helping to some extent. That's just what I think. Don't do anything stupid like threatening him. I made threats years ago in a similar situation when a woman rejected me and I was sent to jail.
