Tweet him a lot. Funny, sweet, interesting things. He usually retweets many of his fans and follows them too. You just gotta tweet him something that grabs his attention.

I hate how JB is getting so much hate btw. I'm not a big fan of his older songs, but after I watched Never Say Never, I got the fever...Bieber Fever. lol
