Sounds like she wants to hang out with you, but maybe hasn't gotten the chance to follow through? Hard to tell why though. Try to ask her to hang out again. You'll only find out if she likes you when you hang out more, and if she doesn't now, maybe she will when she gets to know you a little better. Smile
