I Need Advice. This Might Be Kinda Long?

From your post, this sounds like a very bad situation that you are in. It really shows how strict parenting can be problematic, and how homeschool can be worse than the horrible public school system if the parents make an enclosed environment.

If you think you are pregnant, but you have no means of getting a pregnancy test, your best bet is to talk about it with your parents. If you are pregnant, you will not be able to hide it from them forever. A pregnancy is a really serious matter, and it helps to know early that you have it so you can plan what to do. Parenting can be a hard experience, and I don't recommend it at this age, even though you babysit your kids a lot. The puking and being sick might be a symptom from that, or another issue, look up your symptoms online.

Also, about high school. You say that you are homeschooled, and that you are forced to spend most of your time home, but you want to finish high school. However, finishing it isn't the best idea idea if your goal is to get out of the house. A better idea is to work jobs and try to figure out how to support yourself. Another option is to try to find another friend or relative who wants to take you in. Anyways, tell other people that are nearby and can actually help about your situation. This overprotectivity is really a problem, find help to help you advocate for yourself.

Edit:
