Definitely not. With Bradshaw currently nursing an injury his value is a bit lower. I don't see why someone would downgrade from Calvin Johnson to D Thomas and swap D Martin for an injured RB. Try it out, but if he says no I would be ok adding F Jax or Hawkins into that deal. FJax is splitting carries which limits his value, and hawkins is a decent player but your not starting him anyway.
