Try being unique, I've had celebrities tweet and follow me before by tweeting them that no other people have tweeted them before. If you become friends with some of their fans they sometimes offer to DM (Direct message) them your username so they can follow you so you can try that. Also if you keep tweeting them (not spamming though) they'll eventually notice you and probably follow you!Smile
