Carly Rae Jespen follows me. Just tweet nice/ funny things to them or things that would get their attention. Don't tweet rude things to them. Also sometimes celebrities can follow you out of the blue. (Jordan Jansen and Carly Rae Jespen followed me out of the blue). Smile
