Well, you should use a tool named color splash to deal with your photo. Recommend Fotor to you It's a nice online photo editing tool with powerful functions. You can use its color splash tool easily. And after editing, you can directly save your photo on your computer or put your photo to facebook, flickr or twitter. I've been using it for a period and find it really a nice handy photo editor.
