how can i believe in myself when no one else does?

Surround yourself with people just like you. Regardless if these people are in real life or even on the internet. If you surround yourself with positive people who build you up instead of tearing you down, you'll be able to believe in yourself a lot better. I'm kinda like you. I've been told that I'll never become the writer that I absolutely dream of becoming with a passion. But I know that there are fantastic writers who have been told the same thing. And there are fantastic musicians that have been told the same thing. I think that school is just a means of helping you along your path; it doesn't have to define you if you work hard. I know without a doubt that I can become a very well known writer and I know that without a doubt you can become that amazing musician that you dream of becoming. Just picture it in your head, save it and work hard towards it, heading in the direction you see for yourself. It's all in your head and no one outside of it can deter you from that path.
