I have no life... please help...!?

Hi there. I'm 16 and i have no life. i have nothing to do besides home work and i don't have any friends to hang out with and all i do is stay home surfing the web. i'm so sick and tired of this kind of life and it's not healthy but there's nothing i can do. my parents are strict and they don't want to drive me anywhere so i can't join any sports. i'm not allowed to go more than 3 houses away from my house so i don't know where to go. i just want to be like everyone else and have a normal life like every other teen. i can draw and i love to draw, but i can't just draw all the time.
i've been so bored lately cauz everything is just so boring. theres nothing new to discover, no one to talk to and it's just so frustrating. and i live in the most boring place on earth...
i don't know why no one wants to be friends with me, and i don't think i'm mean or anything, but for some reason, people just seem to not notice me. and the only people i can talk to is my younger sisters, but they are just so annoying and rude, i can't stand them any more.
i know that you'll probably say, "just get a life", but i really need help. please give me any suggestions i will be forever grateful to you!
