honey you're over thinking! you're just 14! you're allowed to make mistakes and you have to learn from it. stop thinking if she likes you or hates you. and tell your friends to stop asking her! that's too childish!
what you should to is to try to talk to her by YOURSELF..start hanging out with her and you'll know if she likes you or not. you could ask her out or something if you want too. and if she's not positive at the beginning don't give up. you've been liking her for so long anyways!
but if she continues not showing interest then you'll have to let her go. i personally believe that you should give it a try and ask her out.
and remember: mistakes are allowed in your age. use them wisely!
