My Twitter's Messed Up?

Twitter is like any other site where they have millions of users on all the time
and where massive amounts of data is passed backwards and forwards 24
hours a day is full of glitches where things don't work properly.

Nothing you can do about until they sort it out.

Like this site has been telling me for the last month that I have 2 emails in my
inbox although there isn't any! It's only when to counter goes up to 3
then I know I have one. When I have opened it it goes back to 2!
