How do I confront a bisexual guy I like?

Well, we don't know what to tell you. which one of you would take the lead? The bi guy or the gay guy? I dont know, so that's why Im asking. Like since he likes girls too , does he pursue them, or does he let them come to him? So if he is outgoing and driven and all, then maybe you should wait for him to pursue you, not the other way around. See what I mean? I never know w/ same sex couples. Whoever is the more dominant one should pursue. That's how it is in nature. That's how it is for relationships. (or at least how it should be) .
