Ex girlfriend doesnt get that I am trying to move on?

My ex and I broke up in Jan. but kept minimal contact. Then in June I told her that i wanted to work things out with her but she didnt care much about it. I pretty much did desparated things like have lunch with her, spend time with her, being romantic with her to try to get her back but at the end my plan failed. So after all that I thought to myself and said that I am not going to try anymore. I cant be dwelling about this because I have self respect ib myself so in September I told her that I can't be friends with anymore because I still have feelings for her and it'll only hold me back if I see her. I went no contact with her but she still calls and text me from time to time. Once in a while she would show up at my apartment to visit me. I play it cool and try not to bring up why she still comes around when I told her that I don't want to be her friend anymore. Then my birthday just past recently and she wanted to take me out to dinner. We were suppose to go to dinner but she cancelled on me last minute which I didn't care much, then the other day she came over and knock on my door but I didn't open.

Just when I think that I am getting over her she pops into my life and the feelings I have for her comes back. Sometimes I feel like I have a chance with her and sometimes when I think about it i just hate her for what shes doing to me. I just want to confront her about this but I know that she's gonna make a big deal about this.


What should I do? It seems like she didn't get the part where I told her that I am trying to move on and she keeps coming into my life like nothing has happen.
