Cut ALL contact with her. Stop calling her, stop taking her calls, stop making plans, delete her phone number, e-mail, Facebook, everything!

If she shows up at your home - don't answer the door. If she continues, send her a letter and ask her to stop. If that doesn't work - file stalking charges on her.

When your lease is up - move.
