You're not annoying her you just got boring to her.

If you want to turn that "spark" back on it's time to turn things up a notch!
Be more assertive with you're jokes but not offensive (yep, sex jokes count too) (;
(For guys only) No more long texting conversations keep them short. Doing that makes you seem like you'd be one of her chick friends. This is a turn off to chicks unless you put your self in the dreaded friend zone.
Make them wonder what you're doing don't to tell them everything.
No being desperate, clingy, or complaining. Chicks hate that too, that is unless you're stuck in her dreaded friend zone.
Whenever you hangout again, show her who's the man in the relationship by not being afraid of touching her or saying whatever you feel like saying at the moment (don't say anything that would completely turn her off, though)
Long story short: be whatever your inner man tells you to be. No hiding it.
