Is it just me or is Yellow Book a Rip-Off of the Yellow Pages?

I saw this ad on tv and immediately I knew who they ripped off. The Yellow Pages have been around forever, the Yellow Book is new and it's pretty sad how new companies steal ideas and have the nerve to make their company name, Logo and service nearly identical to that of a long established company.

Yellow Book obviously slightly modified the Yellow Pages Logo, and changes pages to Book which pretty much means the same thing! Very disturbing how these companies steal ideas. It's amazing how they are "confusingly similar" that Yellow Book been slammed with Trademark Lawsuits. It's very sad! It's very tiring to see companies acting like parasites to steal customers. It's Bad Karma. Big Surprise!

I guess they thought it would be profitable to ride on the back of the ever increasing popularity of "Book" attached to a name - obviously stolen from "Facebooks" Success. Can't these leaching companies get their own ideas for once?!
