There is a way to be connect facebook to twitter. Ask your friends to connect their facebook account to their twitter so you will be able to see their updates from their facebook account and can be transfer as a tweet. But its a long process to do, considering the number of friends you have that are using facebook that needs to connect their accounts to twitter.
