First invite all the people on your friend list to like it, then the people in their friend lists will like that link if they liked it. Though you can send a msg telling the people in your friend list to tell their friends to like this page. Don't go to he spamming ways and post your link on the walls of different random pages or so. People would just think that you're annoying and won't check the link in the first place.

The bigger your friend list is, the faster results you'll get. But it doesn't matter, with the passage of time it'll spread out to the world if the link was good. ^^
