Well first off if you already told him how u feel once and he rejected him, drop him. Forget him, he may just be playing games because now he knows how u feel. There is no reason to lower your self-esteem to get a guy... SCREW THAT you are very important and he had his chance, so completely ignore the fact that he exists. Focus on other things you like, when the right guy comes along he will make you feel the world is yours.
