Think of Twitter as a bunch of Text messages showing up on your TimeLine (AKA: feed)...when someone you follow Tweets, it shows up on your Timeline to read, RT (Re-Tweet) or Reply.

A great tool to manage and keep an eye on your Tweets, those who Mention you in their Tweets and DM (Direct Messages) - download TweetDeck (it's a free download at TweetDeck.com)

Watch Tweeting for a few days and then hop right in. I have been an avid Tweeter for over 2 years. I have gained some great friendships and made some amazing business contacts.

All in 140 characters or less!
