Will my friend still talk to me even though he forgave me for what I did but he is still upset?

Last month there was this issue between me and my friend. I had said some things abot him on twitter and I apologized to him and his agent because he is an actor and then two days after he sent me an email saying he forgives me. That same day he found out his aunt was very sick and so he had to go with his mom to help out. (in Delaware) During that time I was texting him because I though he was ignoring me but he wasn't then his mom texts me and says she understands I am sorry for everything that happened on twitter which was a mistake and also contacting his agent which was a mistake and she said the things I was saying to him was causing even more distance between us and I should focus on me. I admit I said some things I did not mean out of anger. I just said like why are you ignoring me and then at one point I got so mad I was just like we shouldn't be friends anymore but I did not mean it at all and I told him that. It's been three weeks and I have left him alone since. I was recently talking to one of his close friends from twitter and she said I am sure he will forgive you because you guys are so close. (Oh and just something, we are like brother and sister and we are extremely close and I have done a lot for him). Then she says she was talking to him and he was like I am no longer speaking with her. What does that mean? Does that mean he will never talk to me again? May I remind you he is a 22 year old adult and I am 17 and I have done so much for him and he has always told me that, but it's like he thinks he has the right to treat me like this. Also he has not talked to me once since the whole twitter situation happened, only his mom said something to me because he was telling her what I was saying. I am trying my best to fight for this friendship and he is busy right now, but I mean after. Do you think he will still be upset and still talk to me or no?
