Is she interested in me?

I really really like a girl, she lives in Milan and I live in London. Last week, we met each other in Milan and we went for a lunch and she showed me some parts of Milan. I bought her Burberry scarf (real one) and she told me she loveeees it. At the end when we wanted to say goodbye she told me 'I wish all the boys were like you' and she hugged me and I just left. But I don't know, I am not really positive. Is she interest in me? I want her to say yes, what should I do? I am going to Milan again in February.

* Distance will not be a problem cause we can meet each other about 6 months per year.
* I talk to her in FaceBook frequently.
