There are many ways to advertise your site and products.
You should consentrate your efforts on promoting to local clients.
You can do that by running tagerted Facebook ads campaigns to people in your local area. You can even narrow it down to certain ages, lets say 16-45 in your case ( you'll know better than me who your potential clients are).

Similar consept can be done with running a PPC campaign.
Make sure you do some split testing to ensure the best ROI, then when you find the winning forumla, scale it up.

If you're really low on money, search for local businesses, or niche relevant sites ,fan pages, forums and groups and start being active. once you get recognised and build your trust, you may send people to your offer by adding relevant links or adding signiture link.
