i think you should start asking for attention indirectly by calling them for a movie or a sleep-over!!
best thing u could do is showbizz
do something entertaining
get famous and have talks a lot of talks with them

so the conclusion is be famous and show them that u dont need them all the time and they would automatically come back yo u
